At Tribe Hat Co., each item is made to order, which means returns and exchanges are limited. Please review our policy below.

1. Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or other non-defective issues.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. We reserve the right to request photo evidence of the damage or defect for quality control purposes.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If a return is approved for a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Incorrect size or color choice

6. Processing Your Refund

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
