2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately upon payment, and each item is custom-made. Production times may vary, typically ranging from 3–7 business days.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to our on-demand production process.

3. Payment

  • We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Payment is collected at checkout, and your financial information is not stored on our servers.
  • By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship exclusively to U.S. addresses.
  • Shipping times vary and typically take an additional 3–4 business days after production. We are not responsible for any delays once the package is in transit with the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are provided only for damaged or defective items (see our Return Policy for more details).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, graphics, and text, is owned by Tribe Hat Co. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Tribe Hat Co. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
